Brandy's mechanics are knowledgeable about ALL makes & models. They have done work on our cars from simple fluid changes to electrical repairs to engine & body work. Brandy's prices are competitive and they complete the work when promised. Their shop is the cleanest I have ever seen: that's a signal of professionalism. I intend to save a lot of $$ by not buying new cars but instead having Tom & crew at Brandy's take care of our current vehicles. 🙂

Tom was so kind and helpful when my Forester broke down. I had it towed to Brandy's without having been there, and he ended up contacting a buyer for my broken down car and letting me store it there for over a week. He's the best! It's hard to find a mechanic you trust, and I certainly trust Tom.

Got a second opinion here for repairs on my recently purchased 01 chevy. Did a free inspection of what the dealership said needed fixing and was able to take off unnecessary stuff that didn't actually need to be looked into which is no surprise. They worked through lunch to get the job done so I could get to work on time. Thanks again guys.

We were from out of town and the steering in our truck seemed to be going out. We called a few places that wouldn't take a drop-in then found this place and it had good reviews so we called. Tom told us to come right in and was super friendly and helpful! Really great service!! We were fortunate to end up in his hands.

I wanted a pre-sale inspection before I committed to buying a used Ford Expedition. After looking at the reviews on Google, I chose Brandy's. Nothing says good service like happy—and loyal—customers. While I waited for the inspection, I overheard Tom talking to a customer for at least 10 minutes, explaining in great detail various things about his/her car problem and the different options. I was thoroughly impressed by that and then even more impressed by the thorough inspection report I received. Thank you to the Brandy's crew for the excellent service. We were in Bend for a quick get-away. While on Pilot Butte we ended up having a radiator leak that we needed fixed. After calling Brandy's, they said to come in and check it out, even though they were busy. After checking it out, he said that it needed repairing very soon, but we could take a chance and drive home. I liked the fact that he gave us a choice. After we agreed to have a new one installed they fit us in that day so we could get home that night. If I'm ever stuck again in beautiful Bend, I'll see them first. Thanks Brandy's Auto!!!
